Experience in a TAC environment for production support. Experience in designing and developing CTI applications in ICM. *Must have ICM development experience*, not just installation and upgrade experience for Cisco ICM. *Experience working with various types of ACD switches - Aspect, Avaya, Rockwell. * *Experience with Cisco internetworking technologies* related to VOIP solutions such as Call Manager, IPCC, CVP.
