Exposure to Java (J2EE) Platform, Messaging Middleware and software version control utilities (ex. Clearcase) and Rational suite including use case methodology is beneficial Self-motivated with demonstrable communication (verbal & written) skills and knowledge of best practices related to the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical information and software systems is essential.
