The Connectivity Specialist is responsible for the coordination efforts related to connectivity *Responsibilities to include:* * Research and author several key documents, both for internal and external reference, with regards to affiliates connectivity * Provide affiliates consultations outlining the connectivity approach and expected timelines for the Primary Datacenter * Provide affiliate Consultations during Production Simulation and Production Rollout to Primary Data Center * Data/Environment verification for affiliates throughout Production Simulation and Production Rollout * Support and Document delivery of all new Telecommunications Provisioning to the Primary Datacenter. * End-to-End tracking process for Members (Consultation to Production ready) with metric reporting and risk analysis focus. * Provide Member Consultations outlining the connectivity approach and expected timelines for the Disaster Recovery Datacenter * Coordination of Member Network and Connectivity rollout schedules and relaying timeframes externally and internally. *Required Skills* 3 years Project Management Strong documentation and verbal communication skills * 4+ years Telecommunications experience * 2+ years Networking skills including basic router/switch configuration * Experience writing and publishing technical specification a plus *Required Experience* Results Expected/Experience Required: * Must be able to deliver seamless delivery for all connectivity efforts for the affiliate community * Document and track all connectivity activities and able to produce regular progress reports * Must be process and project oriented with a dedication to the details * Constant focus on providing superior customer service – both internal and external Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
