Complete application support for Level 2 (assigned helpdesk tickets) and Level 3 (application configurations/reports/interfaces); . Complete technical designs and programming for application configurations/reports/interfaces as assigned based on team work capacity; . Supervise technical delivery of offshore team (up to 4 resources) for Level 2 and Level 3 work; .
