*This is a BSA for the software group in Irvine. *
*This person will be responsible for ensuring the software package is
updated correctly for state and federal HIPPA compliance standards. Medical
Billing industry experience will be a MUST. This person will be
communicating both to the internal development staff as well as to the
client end users the compliance updates and what is different about new
standards. *

*They will monitor changes to all laws regulating the healthcare industry
and ensure that the products are in compliance with those laws and that they
are incorporated in the software.*

*Candidates will need to be screened for the following questions :*
1. *What work experience does the candidate have in Access? *
2. *What is the level of experience with Medicare Part A and Part B
reimbursement guidelines? *
3. *Has the candidate worked on any projects to implement different
Medicare modules (like SNF, Home Health, OPPS, IPPS) within an application?

4. *What is the level of expertise with State Fee Schedules guidelines?
Is the candidate familiar with all states rules and regulations or just
specific states? What are the states? *
5. *What type of documentation has the candidate maintained? *
6. *How comfortable is the candidate with offering support to internal
and external clients?*
