Most of the systems we're testing don't have a user interface. They need to be comfortable testing outside a UI. ~ database test experience, e.g., create and run SQL queries and analyze data results. ~ experience understanding complex systems and specifying tests needed to verify the quality of those systems ~ test automation experience. We want someone who understands how to create maintainable, repeatable automated tests, e.g., creating and using variables, functions, etc. ~ We're using Fit as our primary automation tool.
