First major focus will be on establishing a detailed project plan in MS Project and EPM for the remediation of our custom development objects on the SAP 6.3 platform. After that it will be on managing the work to that plan all the way through the development phases ending in 4/30/10. Also expected to work with SAP consultants and coordinating the between their efforts and helping in general with the project plan. SR to Expert, good solid coordinator skills Expert might be of help due to strong and at time challenging team dynamics. Less so due to project complexity. Special expertise required, if any: Strong MS project skills. Nike knowledge is good. Also understanding SAP and SAP development is important. Targeted Start Date: Manager noted ASAP.
