Complete Description: Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of organization and project Create alternative solutions and work-arounds for late requirements and system defects Create business processes and analyze differences between current and future state for time and attendance Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner Document and gather necessary information for change requests to be submitted to leads and/or leadership Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules Assist in reporting to management and leadership where necessary Assist in facilitation and documentation of meetings Create well-organized presentations and communications as necessary Experience in Time and Attendance Exhibit confidence when solving business problems Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing practices and mindsets Team Player Effective Communication Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager.
