*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE ***
Candidates should possess at least 4 years of relevant business analysis
experience gathering and documenting high level and detailed requirements,
technical specifications, use cases, and test cases, for large-scale
government enterprise application projects. The contractor must have
hands-on experience with all of the tasks and deliverables listed in the
“Scope of Services” section, and must be able to work independently and with
both functional and technical resources.
