· 2-6 years of web programming
· Strong background experience in PHP, AJAX, ASP, CSS, and _javascript_ programming and fundamental understanding of Web technologies.
· Experienced in server, client-side and database implementation.
· Experience and proficiency in debugging web pages
· Solid understanding of middle-level programming language, database design structure and algorithm implementation.
· Strong design oriented mind set preferred.
· Interest in keeping up to date with the latest technology.
· Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional organizational skills
· Bachelors Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or CS preferred, but programming ability trumps a degree.
· Above average English verbal and writing skills
