*Location: NYC* *Duration: 6 mths* *Candidate MUST be LOCAL to NYC/NJ.* Sr. Developer *MANDATORY EXPERIENCE (must have exp. with all below)* - A minimum of 8 years of experience development for large-scale enterprise applications; - Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development; - Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards; - Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD); - Experience with CICS; - Experience with COBOL and copybooks; - Experience with ECI - Experience with CICS Transaction Manager - Strong integration experience - Ability to produce technical documentation; - Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources; - Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques; - Must take initiative, be a decisive decision-maker and show confidence in decisions made; - Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project; - Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance. - Must be able to provide documentation on their work.
