Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership around data warehouse data structures Strong business and communication skills. Able to communicate in business terms and turn requirements into applicable data structures Must have solid understanding of relational database design fundamentals Extensive experience in creating data models in a large scale data warehousing environment. Must be proficient with both 3rd normal form and Star Schema data modeling techniques including snowflake schema, cube design, ODS and Dimensional or Aggregate structures. Experience with transaction based (OLTP) DBMS's would be beneficial Knowledge and comprehensive understanding of SDLC for data warehousing Knowledge of scorecards, dashboards, and various other Business Intelligence applications like COGNOS and/or SAS would be helpful Must possess skills in Conceptual, Logical and Physical Modeling.
