· Database Experience
· MS Office Suite
· SQL
*REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND*
· Fully competent in performing accurate data entry work
· Have adequate verbal and written communication skills
· Well organized and reliable
· Able to follow and interpret instructions
· Capable of understand basic data relationships
· 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or data entry
positions is preferred.
· Exposure to or direct experience with databases is also preferred.

The role is a first/second level support for the Commodities trading
platform specifically in Endur OpenLink product. Support involves working
with Traders and other business lines also. Weekend work is involved
*Key Deliverables (i.e. Outcome) Peoplesoft Code: KO*
- Ensure that support processes are followed with regarding to issue
resolution and problem management.
- Properly log issues and resolutions utilizing Best Practices and
standard tools.
- Perform first and second-line support responsibilities.
- Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
- Ensure that the team’s Service-Level Agreements for issue resolution
and remediation are adhered to.
- Ensure that the team’s Knowledge Base stays current.
- Work with delivery managers to reduce the support profile of existing
applications. Drive the resolution of recurring issues at a systemic level.
- Gain understanding of Credit Suisse’s Commodities businesses.
- Work effectively with team members in other locations situated
globally.
- Create and maintain custom documentation as needed by Support team.
