6. Relational Databases/SQL
7. Good understanding of the Siebel data model
8. Have excellent communication skills
*Configure a new Siebel application to replace an existing Power Builder
application.*

*RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:*
1. Perform the technical design, configuration and unit test of the
Siebel application
2. Configure and script the application according to agency and
industry standards
3. Meet with business owners to capture application requirements
4. Participate in integration, system, and performance testing as
needed
5. Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing
6. Document and track resolution system issues
7. Work with configurations, designers, and architects to ensure that
the configured application meets requirements and performance goals
8. Escalate issues and provide status to the development lead
