MUST:
 
Min of 3.5 yrs of exp
Very string working knowledge in Rational tools ( Rational Robot or Rational Test Manager or Rational Clear Quest)
 
 
§          Strong skills in Rational Robot / Rational Test Manager ,Rational Clear Quest, Requisite Pro (desirable)
 
§          Desire able - Strong familiarity and hands-on in any one of popular testing Tools such as Test Director, Win Runner, Test Manager etc Preferred Rational Robot  or Test Director
§          Basic Defect Lifecycle knowledge
§          Ability to create/manufacture test data independently and oversee test results of junior testers.
§          PL/ SQL - Writing complex SQL scripts in Oracle 10G/ 9i Database using Toad / db visualizer preferred (about 7 on a 10 point scale – skills rating).
§          Ability to use _vbscript_ing skills to customise Rational Robot.
§          Desired – Operational knowledge of Serena Team track
§          Desired – XML based reports testing.
§          Strong working knowledge of  XML
§          Working knowledge of  IBM AS/400 midrange system ( should have worked on  AS/400 environment)
§          Strong background in manual/auto testing, industry standard testing techniques.
§          Define & execute Test Plans at various stages of the project life cycle.
§          Ability to define use-cases.
