I told you to set the shell's CLASSPATH to nothing. But you set it to something again ;-). Don't mess with CLASSPATH. The Ant script handles it for you.
 
Execute the clean target now, followed by thye dafault target (in the root folder)
 
set CLASSPATH=
ant clean
ant

but i still have a problem; after setting the classpath showing to the new xdoclet.jar and afterwards
typing ant build.xml i get the following error about cmp20:
 
../build.xml:132: Nothing known about plugin <cmp20>
 
It's confusing and very annoying to not be able to run the things!
