Yes by using Java :)
But on a serious note, you can probably just redefine the middlegen template to produce the appropriate output for C#. That is the beauty of Open Source, if you don't like the way something is done, you have the power to change it.
I have used Middlegen to produce classes for a legacy persistence layer not supported by middlegen and XDoclet and it works quite well and all I did was change the templates. I also use Middlegen to produce the schema documentation and basic sql scripts to generate the database (although I must add that Postgresql does a much better job of it).
