If there are no tariffs on aircraft, then why is Delta taking Airbus deliveries
to Tokyo and putting them into service from there, in order to avoid tariffs by
having the aircraft enter USA as used aircraft, and Bloomberg's reporting
"...as it seeks to overcome a shortage and avoid aircraft import tariffs."?
Seems like a lot to do for no reason.
