There are a few personal parts I'd like to hang on to but some can be replaced, sometimes even with upgrades. Got cataracts replace early this year, went from 20/40 to 20/20 or better. Got brand new ears, got Bluetooth, if I whack myself on one ear it talks to me. I can ask questions. & have a conversation. My knees are approaching their fatigue limit but they're also eligible for replacement on condition.
