I think these numbers are not O&D revenue but segment revenue (ie include the connecting traffic revenues pro-rates on the transcon segment). If so, taht wuld explain a lot as AA has little connect revenue compared to UA and DL. Not sure who may have the largest share of the pure O&D market but I think JFK is still larger than EWR but split over more carriers operating nonstop (AA, DL, B6 all with high frequency levels and AS in the historic data before it pulled out of JFK-LAX) while EWR is primarily UA (B6 with seasonal service and NK but with very limited frequency).
