Fascinating. WN is in its own world, or as George intimated it was.
The Big 3 aren’t a surprise, nor is it surprising that AA is below UA and DL in average fares. They’ve fallen from being an airline that could command premium fares. The biggest surprise to me was that HA commands such a fare premium. Hawaii isn’t cheap but it’s still surprising. More when you factor in inter-island travel. (It might be interesting to break that out.)
