No disrespect to general aviation, but Toyota alone produces approx. 24,000 cars each day. That’s more cars in 24 hours by one auto manufacturer than 80 years of Bonanzas. Mom and pop general aviation has always been a rather niche field, and perhaps never more so than since the advent of the interstate highway system, airline deregulation, sky high GA ownership and operating costs, and numerous other factors.
