Hi, Iqbal. The best instructions for you to use are
http://mifos.org/developers/install-mifos/install-windows.
If you already have downloaded a .war file, you do not necessarily need
to get the source code (listed as Step 1).
Follow the instructions on that page very carefully. It may take you a
little while, but you should be able to complete the installation.
Also, you can always just use the test server (note that it is *TEST*
code, so it will have problems from time to time) at
http://test.mifos.org:8080/mifos/loginAction.do?method=load
If you find the server setup too difficult you can experiment with the
test server.
