1. So I see that Fees.error.feename is used in

test/WEB-INF/validation.xml

I did the search only on the src/ directory which I realize may not be
complete. I omitted the test directory assuming that references there but
not in src/ were not cleaned up and therefore not needed. Was I wrong?
Please advise and I can rerun.

2. I believe that Office.error.hasActiveChildern was not marked for removal.

3. After I re-run the script , my suggestion for applying the patch would be
to check-in the "new" property files without removing any properties. As we
do the I18n cleanup in each functional area, the developer responsible would
do the removals after review.
