We have split delivery of the Offsetting feature into two phases and 
following is a list of tasks for each phase:

Phase 1: Delivery 14 - 21 January 2008
Phase 2: Delivery 21 - 28 January 2008

populating offsetting screen

Activity – Test account balance
Activity – Test transaction history
Activity – Test account history
Activity - Record savings account withdrawal
Activity – Test savings account balance
Activity – Test performance history
Activity - Implement/reuse and test methods to retrieve data for 
populating preview screens

3. Plan for two weeks (21 - 28 January 2008)
Activity – Integrate and test offsetting link from loan details
Activity – Integrate offsetting html with struts back-end
Activity - Implement and test the auto-populated balance
Activity - Test and implement compulsory screen validation
Activity – Test and implement business rule validation as per specification
Activity - Integrate preview screen with struts back-end
Activity – Implement and test preview control
Activity – Implement and test accept transaction control
Activity – Implement and test cancel transaction control

4. Not yet scheduled
Activity - Reporting: test and implement report for number of and amount 
of voluntary and mandatory offsets
Activity – Implement Voluntary Offsetting

5. Blocking issues or concerns
Question: Is voluntary offsetting and the report (refer to (4) ) 
required for Version 1.1?
