Initially, the as-is database will be evaluated-at the current rate, what is causing the database growth and can it be made more efficient. After that analysis is complete, we can factor in things like photos (30KB per record) checklists, and surveys, but first we want to understand the basic transactions and size relationships. One photograph/survey/checklist per record is relatively easy to estimate as they occur less frequently than repayments.
