Attached find patch for issue 1609 - CollectionSheetReportParameterCachingTask prevents batch jobs from completing (https://mifos.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1609 )
The defect was caused by omitting a required jar file, spring-modules-cache.jar. This jar was added to a recent build -- see http://build.mifos.org:8085/bamboo/browse/MIFOS-WT-516). This code patch consists solely of a unit test that passes if and only if one of the components in the jar file is present. Keith Pierce
