Hi,
You need to disburse the loan using link disburse loan, on
right side under transactions. Then only the apply payment link will
appear.
Let me know if issue still persists.

thanks for your immediate reply.We have setup Mifos at our Office. I
am using 1.0 while my partner is using 1.1 version of mifos and we are
still having the same challenges.As you said that I should explain a
little more on what I am trying to do, I am trying to apply payment to a
loan account that I created for a client. I have created a client with
active status and I created a loan account for this client. I click on
the loan account and changed the status to Active with the hope that the
Apply Payment Link will appear under the Transaction module as
specified in the Mifos User Manual am using. But I can not found it
there.
I hope am a little bit clear with my explanation above. Please help
me look into this, I will be expecting your reply soon.
