One quick comment on this.  Thinking ahead to when we will want to
automate these test cases, it seems like it would be useful to have each
step that needs to be recorded in an automated test case noted as they
are now in the spreadsheet.  There should be some discussion with Jeff
about terminology and whether to consider each step in a scenario a
"test case" with an expected result and pass/fail recorded.
