Hi,
I've found that when clicking Preview in Edit Account Information for a
Loan account, a NullPointerException is thrown.
It looks like that customerId parameter is not being passed correctly
(i.e. it is blank), which then causes this issue.
What is the process in creating an issue for this bug? Should I create it
in the java.net issue tracker? If so, how do I ensure that this issue
isn't already in the issue tracking system (as I don't want to create
duplicate issues)?

ps. Steps to reproduce this issue.
1. Search for a customer who has an existing loan account
2. Click on the derived Loan link
3. Click on the 'Edit account information' link
4. Click on 'Preview'
