Thanks for the clarifications. Simply stating the product mix behavior
for GLIM will be in line with the current standard group loan behavior
answers my questions. My initial question also had to do with some
confusion on that user story in the specification, but we chatted about
that yesterday, so I am fine with this section being left as-is.

8. Product mix should be accounted for when setting up
GLIM. Not sure why validations of story 4 mention product mix since the
user story is more to do with loan disbursal dates.
The validation trigger is the disbursal date because there is a
possibility of a time gap between the date of creation (setting up a
GLIM) of the loan and the actual date of disbursement of the loan. And
in that time gap, the portfolio of any of the co-sigining members can
change. Therefore, the validation takes into the account the portfolio
of the co-signing members at the actual time of disbursement and not any
time before.
Jeff I think we may need some more clarification here. I did
some investigation and the product mix seems to be only getting
triggered during disbursal, so it seems to make sense to mention this in
Story 4, as we'll be keeping in line with the current behavior of
Standard Group Loans.
To be honest, I don't think there will be much impact to Product
Mix (although it should be tested).
I know we chatted about this a bit yesterday, but I'm still
unclear what more may need to be done here.
