functional question).
No, you cannot currently apply fees to savings accounts. This feature
is listed under "Enhanced Savings Product Functionality" in the
Unscheduled Features section of the product roadmap:

As a work-around, you can apply a charge to the client account directly.

Hi All,
Is there a way one can add fees to savings account? In the manual it was
stated that we can apply fees to savings account. However, savings is
not listed as one of the options. This is a special case in which the
customer has to pay some fees for running a special savings account that
allows him to have a cheque book.
