Mifos 1.3.1 is now available. This hotfix release includes:
* Additional indexes that improve performance of collection
sheet entry, loan creation, and client creation.
* Fix to interest posting dates in Savings (Issue 2199)
* Improved logging in mifos_log for collection sheet entry.
