not sure if this is a bug or an enhancement, but in either case it seems that
changing the fund for a loan should show in the change log.
REPRO:
1. select a loan account
2. change its source of funds
3. click on "view change log"
EXPECTED:
1. see an entry for the change to source of funds

1. no entry
