We will take this approach:
* SECDEP will not define Holy week as a holiday in Mifos.
* We will create a patch to the release of Mifos that SECDEP is currently
using. The patch will contain a batch job that will push out by one week all
qualifying schedules that have an occurrence during Holy week.
* Early in Holy week the patched release will be deployed to SECDEP and the
batch job run once.
* After the job has run it will be disabled.
* SECDEP normal operations continue.
