While testing the Easter holiday pushout fix, I discovered scheduling anomalies
with three centers. The date anomalies seem to be restricted to the weeks of
4/5 and 4/12 (originally, before the dates got pushed out of Holy week, the
weeks of 3/29 and 4/5).
The issue seems to be restricted to clients in these centers:
* Minanga (18 clients affected) and Daga-ay (12 clients affected). Currently
center is configured to meet on Wednesdays. Before 3/29, meetings were
scheduled for Mondays. During the week of 4/5, there are two meetings, Monday
and Wednesday. From the week of 4/12 on , meetings are scheduled for
Wednesdays. However, two of the clients have only one meeting in the week of
4/5, on Monday. They have two meetings the next week, Monday and Wednesday.
After that week they are scheduled for Wednesday meetings.
* Daga-ay (12 clients affected). Same as Minanga.
* Ambuyuan (14 clients affected. Now meetings are on Wednesdays. Before 3/29,
meetings were scheduled for Tuesdays. During the week of 4/5, there are two
meetings, Tuesday and Thursday (after the holiday pushout, they are now pushed
to the week of 4/5. From the week of 4/12 on , meetings are on Thursdays.
A side-effect is that clients have two fees due in those weeks, one for each
meeting.
