We want to first understand what is in #4 and we want to recommend if it is
possible for GK to continue to use #4 since it does not use any customized xml.
The best way forward is to update that report to meet their needs in operation.
If that is not possible, we are working on a fix to #2 which does still use the
customized xml. If we are able to complete the fix for #2, then we can send
this to GK and next steps would be for GK to then convert #2 to a report like
#4 that does not use customized xml
