DESCRIPTION
* If you move a client from one center to another, the client does not assume
the meeting frequency of the target center.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a client in a center.
2. Create a different center (the "target" center) with a different meeting
frequency.
3. Move client from their current center to the target center.
4. Run batch jobs.
EXPECTED RESULT
* Client assumes meeting frequency of new center.
ACTUAL RESULT
* Client retains old meeting frequency.
OTHER INFORMATION
* frequency examples: "every 1 week", "every 2 weeks"
