When building the application module using maven command (mvn clean install) on
Fedora 12 environment build get fail due to test case failure. Test case
org.mifos.accounts.savings.util.helpers.SavingsHelperTest course the test case
failure.
Tested SVN Revision: trunk-17109
Tested TimeZone: Asia/Calcutta.
Steps to recreate:
1. Get latest code base.
2. Do the database connection settings.
3. Run mvn clean install.
