I tried to edit http://www.mifos.org/developers/install-mifos/get-source-code
in several different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, IE) on two different operating
systems (Ubuntu and Windows). The WYSIWYG editor does not appear, all I see is
plain HTML.
I marked this as "Blocker" not because this is inconvenient, rather, because I
don't know how to create links manually when editing in plain HTML mode. For
instance, how would I make a link like this?
