Firefox: Numeric and Date Add Question types don't gray out "Add>>" button

On Add Question page, answer types Numeric, Date, and Free Text don't require
answer choices. Is more clear to user to gray out the Add button for these
options. Button is grayed out on IE but not on Firefox.
