somehow the finance department applied a payment for tomorrow's date. we have
no idea how, when we tried to reproduce it we got the proper error message
about future dates.
we checked the server's clock was correctly set to today. we can see the rows
in the financial_trxn table with tomorrow's action_date (2010-05-05) and
today's posted_date (2010-05-04)
Ryan suggested I should report this even though we have no repro.
