changed code so that ""Amount of last loan" on both the group and client page
is set to the loan amount of the last loan that had a status of 6
("Closed-Obligations Met") for the group and client respectively.
Also did database upgrade to correct all previous values.
Didn't change the name of group_perf_history.LAST_GROUP_LOAN_AMNT_DISB (and its
corresponding currency id field) as per Kay's previous comment (so this should
be added to the release notes).
updated code so that 'reverse loan disbursal' doesn't update the "Amount of
last loan".
