In the last keef database I saw, the database version number had been manually
changed so that it did not match the actual state of the schema.
I would suggest examining the database version number in the original database
dump and then looking at the corresponding database upgrades in mifos to see if
later schema changes are already in the database.
For example, in the file I looked at (using bogus numbers here) the db version
could have said it was 213. But when examining the schema, it already had
schema changes from upgrades 216 and 219. So the database version had been
reset by hand to some earlier version after it had already been upgraded to at
least version 219.
