Description:
The goal of this task, is to get the links on the freemarker page to link back
in to the legacy struts pages. To do this, will mean taking the links from the
jsp page and using them from the ftl page.
It may be useful to do a "view source" in a web browser on the current
admin.jsp page as it is displayed in a web browser to see how all the page
links are actually rendered.
A typical link might look like:
<a id="admin.link.viewSysUsers"
href="PersonAction.do?method=loadSearch&recordOfficeId=${UserContext.branchId}&recordLoanOfficerId=${UserContext.id}&randomNUm=${sessionScope.randomNUm}">

As a first pass the above should be able to be converted as

This would mean adding an admin.viewsysusers message to message.properties. It
would be nice to clean up the access to the "UserContext" from the session
somehow too.
