Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a client without assigning the meeting schedule
2. Navigate to the view client information page
3. Click on Edit Meeting Schedule link
4. Fill up the form (with any meeting schedule) and click submit
Actual:
1. A java.lang.NullPointerException is thrown on submit. (Please find attached)
Expected:
1. Meeting schedule should be saved correctly
The impact of this bug is that a given client can never be moved to the
'Active' status. This is a blocker in the flow.
