Jakub, can you make this field to be 500 characters max, and make sure there is
some validation similar to what's done for Notes in Mifos that if you go above
500 when entering in collateral notes, it's not allowed.
Also I assume the data will not be changed adversely with this change, and
there are no performance issues...
