Comments from Scott re feedback from last card
1) MIX needs to host the taxonomy .xsd file at the public location
indicated in the taxonomy summary. We haven't done this and managed to get away
with it, but it will become an issue now.
2) The taxonomy file name in the document is 'mx-2009-06-19.xsd', but this
should be 'mx-all_2009-06-19.xsd' instead. The file name may have been updated
from the draft version we use internally, which is used in some of the files.
3) From one validator (UBMatrix taxonomy designer), I received the error:
'xbrl or group element missing xmlns attribute for V2 or V2.1 instance document
namespace identifier'. I think this is non-critical.
