As part of changes, try to fix this bad error message:
"Please specify valid Default amount. Default amount should be between the Min
and Max Loan Amounts, inclusive of the two Same for all loans ."
Widen the table for *Calculate # of Installments as, By last loan amount.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Page passes tests in Freemarker checklist:

2. Product name is 50 chars max
3. Product short name is 4 chars max, user can't enter more than four in
current UI before preview
4. Product name has to be unique (on server?)
5. Start date needs to be defaulted to today's date
6. Dynamic display when 3 radio buttons are picked for Calculate # of
Installments as: and Calculate Loan Amount as:
6a. Check for loan amount - min<max, default within min/max range
6b. By last loan amount validates min<max, default is within min/max range,
next value populated off of previous row
6c. viewable structure consistent with current UI
7. interest rate has to be within allowed range
8. default interest has to be within min and max
9. don't allow 0 for frequency of installment (current bug)
10. Grace period duration is greyed out if Grace period type is none or
"select"
11. Fees/Funds list boxes resize to show long names
