Description:
Do this task once MIFOS-2979 is complete.
This task is to add new holiday tests to test for the new moratorium holiday
type added in release Shamim D. This type of holiday moves payments forward
for loans, savings, and customer fees without requiring double payments on the
next meeting day.
See attached pdf for more requirements.
Add tests for:
1. new moratorium for entire organization, verify loans, savings, and fee
schedules after executing batch jobs.
2. new moratorium holiday for single branch that lands on top of existing
holiday.
Once tests are in place, update MIFOSTEST cases on mifosforge with acceptance
test name.
